I made it to week 2!!! I will post my measurements and weight in my Facebook support group that you can join HERE!
There was some loss!!! If you’re curious to see before and after I will upload those soon! I have the before and after of week 1 already in the Facebook group and after just 7 days I could see a difference!
Some highlights of the week:
- The workouts got easier
- I woke up with more energy
- I didn’t need coffee as often
- I was in a better mood
- My clothes fit better
And it was the same as last week with the meal planning and cooking! I did have a few meals at restaurants and fast food which I want to do a better job with this week. It was always out of convenience but I made better choices than I usually do when I eat out. Hip hip hooray!!! (Oh, and I’ve posted pictures of some of the meals I’ve eaten this week in my FB group too! Along with some cooking tips – if you’re interested come take a look!)
I’m also really excited about the training I’m getting from my coaches and coaching team! I love how many lives this company is changing and to know that I can build a business to help other people is so inspiring! I’m so glad I made the decision to sign up!
